Stardew Valley:How to take care of your animals?

Before becoming a qualified farmer, players are faced with the following questions: ① Why are my animals always unhappy? ②Why my animals don't produce milk/eggs anymore? ③Why my animals can't produce big pots of cow and goat milk/big eggs? In fact, it's very easy to solve the above problems, just two simple steps will turn you into an experienced farmer!

Proper feeding and daily petting are the keys to solving the above problems. With the right approach, even a new farmer can make his animals more productive. So let's see how to do it next!

Step 1: Correct feeding (divided into two cases as follows)

1, before the construction of silos: In the absence of silos to store grain and grass (before the fall of the first year), the first thing farmers do every day to feed their animals is to open the flaps of the coop/storage shed and let the animals all come out to graze. It is worth noting that on rainy days the animals do not come out, i.e. they do not eat grass. Animals that do not eat grass will be unhappy the next day and will not produce milk/eggs as a direct result. At this time, pet them until the hearts appear and they will become happy.

At night, close the flaps of the coop/storage shed. Be careful not to close the flaps before the animals go back, otherwise they will be unhappy. Of course nothing will happen if you leave the flaps open all the time, the animals will go back automatically at night.

2, after building the silo; at this time, the silo is ready to store forage. You have to go into the coop/storage shed and take out the grass and spread it in the trough every day, and you need to do this manually until the coop is upgraded to the highest level.

The advantage is that you don't need to lay grass every day except in winter, and you only need to lay grass if the animals don't go out for food on rainy days, so you can make sure the animals are happy every day. (The farm grows soft grass to stay, the animals go out for food to eat)

Step 2: Daily stroking

Daily petting is the most time-consuming fixed project besides watering. Just pet the animals until small hearts appear on their heads, and repeat every day, so that the animals will produce better quality milk/eggs when their intimacy accumulates to a certain level (goats need to produce milk every other day), such as large pots of milk and goat milk, large eggs, etc.

When you have more and more animals, you can go in and pet them all before opening the chicken coop/storage shed every day and then let them out to feed. Of course, you must close the flaps after the animals return each day in order to finish petting the next day, otherwise you will be looking for animals to pet all over the farm the next day.

As long as you complete the above two steps, you can easily become a qualified farmer!
